Ana Lambert

Assistant Coach- Age Group

Ana grew up around water, taking swim lessons and spending time at the lake, but it wasn’t until her freshman year of

High School that her school got a swim team. She spent the next two years swimming competitively for her school. During

that time, she competed primarily in the 100 breaststroke, 50 freestyle, 100 freestyle, and various relays. She later stepped

away from the sport to focus on figure skating, but always missed the environment, teamwork, and sense of community that

comes with being part of a swim team. Returning to the pool has been a great way to reconnect with the sport and the team

atmosphere that she has enjoyed so much.

Outside of swimming, Ana is currently pursuing a degree in Sports and Recreation Management at the University of Iowa.

After graduation, Ana's hopes are to build a career working for a hockey team and continue coaching.

worked as a lifeguard for several summers and later became a lifeguard manager, where she helped supervise staff, train

new lifeguards, and make sure the pool was a safe and fun place for everyone. She has also spent time volunteering with kids,
